Carl Allen  -  Senior Pastor

Bro. Carl surrendered to the ministry in 1999, while serving in the U.S. Air Force.  He graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a degree in Occupational Education in 1999.  He went unto Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary to receive his Masters of Religion in 2005.  He is currently continuing his seminary education to obtain his Masters of Divinity at LIberty.

He has been married to Olivia since 1993 and they have two boys, Zechariah and Jacob.  Olivia is a true helpmate and a strong source of encouragement for her husband.

Scott Gaskill - Youth Pastor

Scott joined the Fairview Staff in January of 2011.  He is a Grand Prairie native and South Grand Prairie High Alumni. He graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Broadcast Communications.  He is currently working towards his Master's of Divinity at Truett Seminary in Waco, Texas.

Wanda Adkins  -  Ministry Assistant

Wanda serves as the church secretary and ministry assistant, helping out the ministerial staff as needed.  She is a huge asset and blessing to the church.

She is married to Eddie and they have three children, 10 grandchildren, and two great- grandchild.

Bill Sky-Eagle - Worship Minister & Evangelist

Bro. Bill Sky-Eagle became our Music Minister in September '08 and is a true blessing to the church. He and his wife are music evangelists and have ministered in more than 1000 churches in 40 states. Their ministry has also taken them outside the United States for concerts and crusades in eight countries. Bill and his wife, Ivy Jean, are graduates of Baylor University. Bill also attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and received his Master of Divinity degree from the Theological University of America.

Bill is married to the former Ivy Jean Dailey; they have one daughter Dr. Melissa Sky-Eagle, who lives in Los Angeles, CA, and teaches piano at California Baptist University.

 Melissa Jenkins - Children's Director

Melissa has been serving as our Children's director since 2011 and is a wonderful addition to the church staff.  She has a heart for children and the children's ministry here at Fairview.

Melissa is married to Troy Jenkins, who is also a very active in the church and they have one son, Zachary.
