Carl Allen

 Senior Pastor

Bro. Carl surrendered to the ministry in 1999, while serving in the U.S. Air Force.  He graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a degree in Occupational Education in 1999.  He went unto Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary to receive his Masters of Religion in 2005.  He is currently continuing his seminary education to obtain another Masters and his Doctorate.

He has been married to Olivia since 1993 and they have two boys, Zechariah and Jacob.  Olivia is a true helpmate and a strong source of encouragement for her husband.

Bill Sky-Eagle

Worship Minister &

Staff Evangelist

Bro. Bill Sky-Eagle recently became our Interim Music Minister in September '08 and is a true blessing to the church.  He and his wife are music evangelists and have ministered in more than 1000 churches in 40 states.  Their ministry has also taken them outside the United States for concerts and crusades in eight countries.  Bill and his wife, Ivy Jean, are graduates of Baylor University. Bill also attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and received his Master of Divinity degree from the Theological University of America.

Bill is married to the former Ivy Jean Dailey; they have one daughter Dr. Melissa Sky-Eagle, who lives in Los Angeles, CA, and teaches piano at California Baptist University.

Robert Ives

Youth Pastor

Bro. Robert has been serving as the part time youth minister for Fairview since 2006.  He is a graduate of Criswell College and works part time for the Dallas Independent School District as a substitute teacher.  He is currently attending LIberty Baptist Theological Seminary to obtain his masters degree.

David Paul

Associate Pastor

Bro. David has is serving as our volunteer/intern associate pastor.  He is a graduate of Baylor University and is currently attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary to obtain his master's degree.

David is married to Chara Paul who has been his partner in ministry since 2002 and serves as the Director of Missions and ESL at the church.

Wanda Adkins

Ministry Assistant

Wanda serves as the church secretary and ministry assistant, helping out the ministerial staff as needed.  She is a huge asset and blessing to the church.

She is married to Eddie and they have three children, 10 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
